Sponsorships are due up front before promotion of a sponsor begins via the DrupalCampNH website, or other means. This is to ensure that we have our operating costs up front, and can make this camp possible. Sponsorships are due upon commitment and portions of sponsorships can be from in kinds donations of goods/services on a per-case basis.
Those that wish to contribute to DrupalCamp NH 2011 with a smaller donation, will be listed on our Individual Sponsors page for those donations less than the Silver Sponsor level.
Distribution of Funds
Where the money will be going...
All monies received from our sponsors will be used to fund the camp, including, but not limited to:
- Venue Costs
- Catering Costs (Coffee & Breakfast, Lunch)
- Technology Costs (Video production & recording, Photography, etc.)
- After Camp Social Event (Venue, Drinks)
- Camp Swag (T-Shirts, Badges, Stickers, etc.)
- Printed materials (Room signs, schedules, etc.)
- Possible travel expenses (flight/hotel) for selected featured speakers we invite
Any funds remaining at the end of the event will be used in the following ways to help fund future New Hampshire Drupal Community Events:
- Costs for future NH Meetup Summits
- Costs for holding multiple code sprints
- Costs for any (non-free) venues needed for monthly meetups
- Possible (I repeat, POSSIBLE) scholarship(s) for NH community member(s) to attend a DrupalCon
- Funding for Drupal training events for the Drupal New Hampshire Community
